Designed and delivered multiple undergraduate courses to students from the Bachelor of Computer Science and Bachelor of Information Systems, including “Introduction to Information Systems”, “Security of Information Systems”, “Computer Networks”, “Operating Systems”, and “Programming Languages”. Designed and delivered “Computer Architectures” to graduate students.

 

Main Activities:

• Coached Students in Business Information Systems hands on projects;

• Supervised Graduate and Undergraduate students in research projects;

• Prepared and delivered quality classroom instruction in lecture and practical format, including lab activities attended by all students enrolled in the disciplines;

• Developed, researched, and prepared materials used during the classes, including quizzes, exercises, tests, and examples;

• Planned, evaluated, and revised curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction;

• Motivated the students to actively participate in related educational process;

• Scheduled and led small group sessions in lab activities;

• Monitored students’ progress through observation and communication;

• Motivated students to study the subjects presented during the classes through extra class activities;

• Initiated, facilitated, moderated, and motivated students to actively participate in classroom questions, discussions and debates;

• Maintained regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students;

• Demonstrated knowledge of teaching in a distance learning, hybrid, and traditional environment;

• Inspired students to use other computer operating systems rather than Microsoft Windows on their personal computers (laptops and desktops);

• Guided students to reach their professional goals;

• Ensured to display enthusiasm about the students and their performance;

Utilized available technology and equipment such as remote access and classroom projection systems, as well as the blackboard;

• Maintained student’s records and carried out administrative tasks;
