• Excellent understanding of the cryptographic techniques applied to secure Information Systems, such as SSL, Symmetric Cryptography, and Public Key Cryptography;
• Excellent understanding of the security principles and best practices, including antivirus, antispyware, and firewalls;
• Knowledge of Procedural programming model, including knowledge of Pascal, Fortran, and C languages;
• Deep knowledge of Object Oriented programming paradigm, including knowledge of C# and C++;

• Web programing experience in PHP, Java, and HTML;
• Linux Administrator (web server, e-mail server, IDS, Firewall, MySQL, etc.);
• Fluent in main Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, Slackware, and OpenSuse;
• Knowledge of other Unix systems such as AIX and Solaris;
• Administrator experience of Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, 7, and 8) and Linux operating systems in heterogeneous environments with both Windows and Linux;
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, and 802.11;
• Exceptional understanding of main routing protocols, such as OSPF, RIP, BGP, and EIGRP;
• Understanding of other wireless protocols, such as WiMax (802.16) and 802.20;
